Exhibitor benefits include:

• Exposure to an estimated target audience of 10,000 or more golfers.
• Exhibitors' web site links on www.seattlegolfshow.com.
• Exhibitor listing in Seattle Golf Show Program.

Each booth will be piped and draped and will include:

• One draped table
• Exhibitor booth sign
• Carpet
• Two chairs
• Waste basket
• Up to 4 name badges (additional badges may be purchased)

Welcome Packet:

All exhibitors will pick up their Welcome Packet when they come to move into the show, either Thursday afternoon, or Friday morning. Inside the Welcome Packet will be the booth assignments, entry wristbands, etc.

Other Details:

• The decorator for the Seattle Golf Show is Triumph Expo & Events. For shipping information, or for special booth decoration requests, call 206-431-1010, and identify yourself as a Seattle Golf Show exhibitor.
• For those with electrical needs, call Edlen Electric at 206-781-2411. If necessary, it will be possible for all exhibitors to purchase electricity at the show site.
• For phone lines, credit card lines or Internet services at your booth, please contact Bill Lipscomb at WBL Services for pricing and logistical information. He can be reached at 206-381-7210, please reference the Seattle Golf Show.

Host Hotel:

We have changed our host hotel for 2010. Our new host will be the Crowne Plaza. This is a great downtown Seattle hotel and one that has gone through tremendous renovation - and one that has created a golf show package that is very attractive.

Rates are $99 per day single.double occupancy. Parking at the hotel is 50% off for Golf Show Exhibitors. We are even working on getting a shuttle put together to avoid having to move your vehicle each day.

The Qwest Field Event Center is located on the northeast corner of Occidental Ave S. and Royal Brougham Way, adjacent to Qwest Field and across the street from Safeco Field.

From the North and South

Outside city limits: Take the Interstate 5 exit marked Safeco Field (exit 164 from the north and 164B from the south). Follow the signs to 4th Avenue S. and turn right. Turn right at the first light on to Royal Brougham Way. 

Inside city limits: From the north, follow Aurora Avenue southbound to 1st Avenue exit ramp (exit from the left lane). Follow 1st Avenue southbound to first stoplight. Turn left on to Royal Bougham Way.

From the East

Via Interstate 90: Follow the sign to 4th Avenue S. and turn right. Turn right at the first light on to Royal Brougham Way. Occidental Ave S. runs north and south off of Royal Bougham. 

Via SR-520: Exit on to I-5 southbound. Take exit 164. Follow the sign to 4th Avenue S. and turn right. Turn right at the first light on to Royal Brougham Way.
